Saga Fest is a transformative music & arts festival. Nearly 1,000 people will gather on a farm for two days to co-create a “participatory pop-up community” with the goal of planting seeds for systemic environmental and social change. Saga Fest will feature music performances, live art and installations, yoga, meditation, sustainability and community development workshops, storytelling circles and conscious food.
This isn’t your traditional festival; we’re flipping the model on its head. Instead of a small volume of large experiences organized by a core team, Saga Fest is the coordination of hundreds of experiences facilitated by hundreds of people. There are no hierarchies at Saga Fest: artists, musicians, organizers and volunteers are on the same level as participants, often working collaboratively with each other. Some experiences are built by design and months of preparation, others are spontaneous ideas executed on the day of the festival. All of the experiences share the intention of producing deep transformation within the community.
