Taste of Iceland returns to Boston for the 8th time March 16 – 20!
Stop by The Merchant in Downtown Crossing March 17 – 20 to get a taste of Iceland with renowned Icelandic chef Siggi Helga.
A weekend of Icelandic culture wouldn’t be complete without rocking out to some Icelandic music.
Headliners Fufanu and Mammut will jam alongside local Boston musicians at The Middle East in Cambridge for this year’s Reykjavik Calling concert on Saturday, March 18!
Boston will also play host to other events across, including a screening of Icelandic short films from the Stockfish Film Festival at the Brattle Theater on March 19. Swing by WBUR’s studio on the 16th to hear a special discussion about Iceland’s rich literary tradition with Eliza Reid, Iceland’s first lady, author and the founder of the Iceland Writers Retreat. Taste of Iceland in Chicago | April 20 – 23
Get ready, Windy City! Taste of Iceland is taking over Chicago April 13-16. Fresh off of placing third at the prestigious Bocuse d ́Or competition, Icelandic chef Viktor Örn Andrésson will arrive in Chicago to treat the city to a weekend of tasty Icelandic dishes and cocktails.
If you missed Fufanu and Mammut in Boston, you can catch them again at Chop Shop & First Ward near Chicago’s Wicker Park for Reykjavik Calling, combining their Icelandic tunes with local Chicago acts.
