The Foghorns, now known as a Seattle-based rock, folk and anti-folk band, consist of Bart Cameron, one-time editor of The Reykjavik Grapevine. Bart Cameron left Iceland in 2006. Icelandic members of The Foghorns, Kristjan Oli Petursson, Bodvar Reynisson, Bara Sigurjonsdottir, sometimes join the band on tours, but they have not been featured on recordings of the band since 2006.

Since The Foghorns settled in Iceland, they have released albums with critical success (To the Stars on the Wings of a Pig was named one of the best albums of the 2011 by Seattle Weekly). The band performs regularly in the Pacific Northwest, and in Iceland, the United Kingdom and Denmark, with modified lineups.
