Travel grants are awarded to musicians and industry professionals aiming to pursue opportunities in international markets, such as through touring, delegation participation, trade fairs, and showcase festivals. Grants are also awarded to composers for the premiering of musical works, as well as to professionals for career-related travel, including attendance at conferences and networking events.
The grants are awarded every two months, with the last application deadline having passed on April 1st. The allocation committee awarded a total of 2,950,000 ISK across 15 projects.
The next application deadline is June 1st, 2026.
